  A belated Happy New Year!
  
  We are pleased to kick off 2012 by announcing RBV has achieved 100% PAX satisfaction and thus is one of the very few to have this honour and rating!
  
  We have also expanded our routes to include Africa, flying weekly to South Africa's Cape Town and hope to include more routes in North Africa in the near future.
  
  It also gives me great pleasure in announcing the procurement of 2 more Aircraft to complement our Airbus A380 and Boeing 767F
  
  - Airbus A330-200 to cater to our North & South American routes
  
  - Boeing 737-800 will be mostly flying in Asia, flying transit passengers to and from our HUB airports in Dhaka & Dubai.
